Four steps, and you always know which one you are on.
The process is deliberately short. Most of the value is in step three, where a person actually reads what you have prepared.

Tell us where you need to travel
Message us with the destination, the purpose of travel and roughly when you need to go. That is enough for an advisor to tell you which requirements apply to you.
You do not need documents ready at this stage.

Select the assistance you need
We explain the options that genuinely fit — sometimes that is the full consultation, often it is something much smaller. You choose, and we confirm the scope and fee before starting.
No work begins, and nothing is charged, until you agree the scope.

Receive a document and preparation review
You send what you have. An advisor reviews each item against the current requirement and records a decision: accepted, or what specifically needs to change and why.
Every review is done by a person, and every rejection carries a reason.

Continue with one clear next step
You are never handed a list of twelve outstanding things. You get the single next action that moves your preparation forward, and you repeat until your file is complete.
The decision itself always rests with the relevant authority.

- Submit an application to an embassy or centre on your behalf
- Guarantee that an appointment slot will be available
- Predict, score or guarantee the outcome of your application
- Represent ourselves as, or act for, any government authority
