The applicant is strictly responsible for providing accurate, true, and complete information. VisaAssistBD will not be held liable for visa rejections resulting from incorrect or fabricated information provided by the applicant.

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are clearly communicated before any work begins. Once our service preparation has started, the service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
